What can I expect from the recovery?

A compression garment may be used to reduce swelling, and medication and cold compresses can help with discomfort. Patients should sleep face-up with their head elevated for two weeks to protect the implant and aid healing. Swelling typically subsides within two weeks, but full results may take a few months to fully render.
