How long does the procedure take?
The time of treatment depends entirely on the amount of areas being targeted. Skin Vive can be used as a spot treatment, or throughout the face. On average, a treatment session lasts about 15 minutes. And, with minimal downtime, SKINVIVE™ is do-it-on-your-lunch-break convenient. Some people may need an optional touch-up. This does not include consultation and evaluation time.
How often will I need to get SKINVIVE™?
The results of SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® are clinically proven to last up to 6 months with optimal treatment. An optional touch up may be needed to achieve the desired aesthetic effect, so we recommend seeing your licensed specialist every 6 months to see if you should get treated.
Are there any side effects?
Common side effects are mild and may include redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site. These usually resolve within a few days.
